1) About the service and how requests/booking work

• The website allows you to request tour dates. We may confirm a date or propose alternatives based on availability.
• Availability may depend on capacity, scheduling, and operational requirements.
• If weather conditions make the planned activity unsafe or impractical, the tour may be changed, postponed, or canceled. Weather-related decisions are made for safety reasons.
• Any information you provide to us (e.g., requested dates and participant details) must be accurate.

2) Weather dependency and disclosures

Tours may be affected by weather. We may adjust routes, timing, or the activity format. Safety and legal/operational requirements may require changes.

By requesting a tour date, you acknowledge that outdoor activities involve weather variability and that changes may occur even when advance plans were confirmed.

3) Distance-contract information and contract terms

If a distance contract is concluded through the website, the pre-contract information and the required contract terms are provided during the distance-contract flow in accordance with Noteikumi par distances līgumu.

4) Consumer rights and fair terms

We aim to ensure that our online booking/contract process does not undermine consumer protections applicable to online transactions and services. This is guided by Patērētāju tiesību aizsardzības likums.

5) Identifying information (information society service)

Because we provide services online, we display our identifying and contact information in a clear, direct, and permanently accessible manner as required by Informācijas sabiedrības pakalpojumu likums.

6) Commercial communication

If we send commercial communications through the site or otherwise, such communications are clearly recognizable as commercial, identify the party on whose behalf they are distributed, and provide clear offer/service conditions, in line with Informācijas sabiedrības pakalpojumu likums.

7) Cookies and device identifiers

If cookies or other identifiers are stored on, or accessed from, your terminal equipment, we will obtain prior free and explicit consent after providing clear and comprehensive information, in line with Informācijas sabiedrības pakalpojumu likums.

8) Liability and dispute handling

• We provide the information on the website in good faith, but we cannot control external factors such as weather, third-party services, or local conditions.
• To the extent permitted by Latvian law, our liability is limited to direct and documented losses caused by our failure, excluding indirect losses where legally required.
